Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT will help you look at thought patterns. It can help you learn to interpret them in a different way and learn better coping skills.
There are many types of group therapy. Groups may be led by a private therapist, or exist on their own. They can cover coping methods, body image, eating, family issues, or more.
