Sky Ridge Medical Center is committed to delivering the highest quality care and service to your patients through our Emergency Department team.
As a Level III Trauma Center, Sky Ridge is equipped to address most patient injuries and illness through our three trauma bays and 27-bed Emergency Department, which includes five separate pediatric rooms as well as a helipad for AIRLIFE transports.
Sky Ridge also has a cardiac cath lab with diagnostic and interventional capabilities as well as interventional radiology available 24 hour a day. In addition, we have initiated the cardiac alert program with our Emergency Services partners to provide speedier diagnosis and treatment of heart patients. All of these elements add up to a higher level of care for our community.
Our team of eight full-time Emergency Department physicians with extensive backgrounds in Emergency Medicine provide 24-hour a day coverage at Sky Ridge. A board certified Pediatrician or Pediatric Emergency Physician, is also on duty 24/7.
